Try-It Out Sports

This course introduces you and your dog to the 3 different types of sports we teach here at North Country Canine. It will allow you to get a feel for Rally, Nosework, and Agility and find what interests you and your dog.

Intro to Agility

This curriculum teaches the obstacles in agility, as well as preparing the handler in the footwork and handling techniques that will make teams efficient on the course. We strongly recommend dogs pass their Basic Obedience.

Ongoing Classes

Drop in classes for all levels. Please RSVP ahead.

Nosework

$30

Nosework is the sport of scent detection. Teams will learn to target specific odors and search in a variety of environments to prepare for competition. Nosework is for all levels.

Time: Tuesdays at 7:30 PM

Agility Course Work

$30

For dogs who have completed Intro To Agility, this class prepares teams for competition while building clear, confident communication. Courses are based on Standard/Open levels.

Time:

Standard Agility: Sundays at 4:00 PM

Jumpers With Weaves: Thursdays at 7:00 PM

Rally

$30

Rally is an Obedience sport where teams compete against a course. This all-levels class focuses on teaching the signs and maneuvers that teams will need to know before competing. Basic obedience is highly recommended.

Time: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
